If I am employed by BOTTOMS UP SPORTS BAR, I understand my employment can be terminated with or without cause and with or without notice, at any time, for any lawful reason at the option of BOTTOMS UP SPORTS BAR or myself. I understand that no manager, supervisor, or representative of BOTTOMS UP SPORTS BAR has the authority to enter into any agreement for employment for any specified period of time or make any agreement contrary to the foregoing, except in a written contract signed and authorized by BOTTOMS UP SPORTS BAR. I further expressly agree that, with respect to the at-will employment relationship, this constitutes the full, complete, and final expression of the parties’ understanding concerning the nature of any employment relationship between myself and BOTTOMS UP SPORTS BAR.
Any disputes I have with BOTTOMS UP SPORTS BAR related to this application, my employment or denial of employment, and the use of the information contained herein shall be resolved by way of binding arbitration through AAA or IAMS to be selected by BOTTOMS UP SPORTS BAR. I understand that by signing this agreement I am waiving my rights to a jury trial and certain appeal rights may be waived. Enforcement of the arbitration provisions of this agreement shall be governed by Federal Law and under the Federal Arbitration Act (FAA). The enforceability of the arbitration provisions of this agreement should be read liberally to enforce all claims to be resolved by way of binding arbitration.
